Building Children's Resilience: Free Daily Activities for Busy Parents

My Books

FOCUS ON RESILIENCE & MENTAL HEALTH

Now more than ever, in a world that keeps changing and where so many more demands are placed on children, there is a growing concern about their resilience and mental health. We need to help children develop the skills to cope with obstacles, bounce back from difficult times, and grow as happy and confident children. This is why I've created my first two books filled with practical and fun-filled activities for adults to make and create with children in school.

From 1-7 February 2021, schools, youth groups, organisations, and individuals across the UK will take part in Children’s Mental Health Week. This year’s theme is Express Yourself to encourage children (and adults) to explore the different ways that we can all express ourselves, and the creative ways that we can share our feelings, our thoughts, and our ideas.
